"Weekend gateway not so elegant against cost incurred"

Ambience

No place for drivers to stay, even no facility for them to fresh up but a pet friendly resort. Human should be given preference. Selective people were offered welcome drink and not to us. My comparison on hospitality is with Taj properties and evolve back properties where I had better hospitality may be at a lessor cost

"Stay could have been exceptional if food and cleanliness was maintained."

The property ambiance and staff hospitality is really nice. The events during weekends are nice and interactive.

Property should pay attention to room cleanliness. We found red ants around the bed. Food was also average as per value for money.

Staff and service were excellent. They went out of their way to make the stay a joy. Also very commendable and worth menioning -- the property takes a lot of effort and thought to be environmentally sustainable, and a sustainable employer to differently-abled staff. This is something we'd love to see in all properties!
