Everything was exceptional! The location, staff service, and food. I would like to give a special mention to the staff who took care of us so well. The food was quite yum and kudos to the chefs. Please keep up the great service.

The quality of cocktails and bar menu could be improved.

The location was excellent and made our visit truly enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety to start the day. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Avikash did an exceptional job and was always there for us whenever we needed assistance. Very courteous staff, and a nice vibe to the place overall. They were very responsive to our concerns and did their best to go above and beyond to make us comfortable

The view isn't as great as marketed. While the website promises breathtaking views of Nandi hills from balconies, in reality most rooms of the resort have courtyard views, or even worse like in our case in a bungalow, a blank wall just outside the balcony (you'd have to strain your neck to get a peek of Nandi hills beyond the opposite wall)

I loved the cozy environment, facilities and the vibes.

The lady staff had misbehaved with me and my daughter, the pool was dirty and the food taste at terra for breakfast was not impressive.
