The kitchen was very clinical (we ate in each evening). No cooking add-ons as you find in other good airbnb's (olive oil, vinegar, kitchen roll etc

Such a peaceful and serene setting which is also perfectly convenient to explore the surrounding area by car. Beautifully presented property provides a haven for relaxing and exploring in your own time

The bed was lovely, bath & shower off the bedroom excellent, and the pergola area very nice. The general feel to the place was clean and a good space to be in. Thanks also for the extra touch for our nuptials, that was very thoughtful. The things we didn't like were not big things but the difference between something being good and something being excellent.

Internet wasn't available on arrival, and it took a bit fiddling around by us which wasn't of any use, a few messages and a bit of time to remedy. Couldn't find the cutlery (a notice somewhere would have been helpful). The garden directly leading around the house was full of weeds (nightshade) and not a biggy but not expected for the kind of place we thought we were staying in. We couldn't easily find the place at night when we came home in a taxi, we got to the locked gates and had to back track, so a light at the end of the concrete driveway would have been helpful. People walked into the place while we were relaxing on Sunday. They were looking for an event. A sign at the end of the driveway stating "accommodation only" may work to stop this happening in future. These things made the stay less than excellent and they are small things that could be remedied easily, so I hope they are.
