Bedroom in the front is stuffy.

"Deeply disappointing stay – property not fit for guests" We arrived during a storm, hoping for a warm, comfortable weekend – instead, we were met with a cold, unwelcoming property and a series of unacceptable issues. The heating didn’t work, and there were no clear instructions for how to turn it on. While searching for contact details, we came across multiple negative reviews – sadly, they were all accurate, and we experienced even more problems. Only one of us managed to shower before the hot water ran out completely and didn’t return until the next day. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink, which explained why all the crockery and cutlery were dirty and still had dried-on food. The fridge was also unclean, with remnants of food left inside. Chipped glasses, a sticky rug in the living room, and rubbish underneath it pointed to a lack of even basic cleaning. The floors clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in a long time. Most disturbing was the extra bedding supposedly for the sofa bed – it was soiled with what looked like urine and blood stains. The sofa bed itself was so uncomfortable it couldn’t be slept on. Despite how nice the property looks in the listing photos, the reality is completely different. The images are misleading, and this property should not be listed without proper inspection or validation. The front door handle was broken, adding to the overall sense of neglect and lack of safety. We didn’t see the point in contacting the host – a deep clean wouldn’t have fixed the multiple underlying issues while we stood around waiting. We did what we could, got some sleep, and left as early as we could. To top it off, there was a note asking us to take the rubbish out when checking out, even though it was clear no proper cleaning had been done before our arrival. It’s unacceptable to expect guests to stay in these conditions. This property is unfit for rental in its current state. Do not stay here.

Property is in a perfect location, good amenities, comfortable bed, easy check in and thorough instructions.

Unfortunately there were some unclean areas in the bathroom/kitchen area for example the bath. Also there was no hot water for the last evening & morning - although the property owner did apologise for this !

Good location, easy check in and out with a key in lock box, good communication, good size.

The place didn’t seem very clean - hard floors hadn’t been washed, a few dirty dishes/glasses with lipstick on them, seemed like the spare linen wasn’t washed but I’m unsure - they were balled up in the cupboard not folded. The sofa couch was very uncomfortable with a hard bit running through the middle of it, and is very small even by European standards, and the key was very hard to get in the lock. Most times leaving we spent 5-10 minutes (not an exaggeration) trying to lock the property. When I messaged the owner they had no tips for me. Also didn’t have a wine bottle opener, and only two sets of cutlery even though it’s advertised for 4 people.

Sofa bed is a little small for two people & the hot water runs out too quick would be okay if there was two of you

Centrally located apartment.

Arrived to a cold property on Christmas Eve because the storage heaters had been switched off. Hot water only heated on Off Peak rate after midnight so was completely used up after a morning shower. On Boxing Day the electricity ran out of credit and we were left in darkness and had to pay to Top up the meter ourselves. Management were slow to advise and offer sufficient help or assistance.
