We had been travelling through New Zealand and admiring how pretty and clean it is, but the minute we arrived at Judi and Alister’s place in Hope, we truly fell in love with the country. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. The location is incredibly convenient, right near Nelson and Abel Tasman National Park. But it’s the accommodation itself that makes it so special. You can immediately see the love and effort Judi and Alister have put into their home. It is absolutely beautiful, designed with so much charm and good taste that it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there, including some delicious homemade blueberry muffins! The house is set on a farm, and I loved being able to make a proper cup of coffee in the morning, sit outside in the fresh air, take in the views of the fields, and visit the horses. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the stunning, spa-like bath (with super stylish floor tiles!) was exactly what my tired body needed. Judi and Alister are incredibly lovely people. When we arrived, Alister gave us some fantastic dinner recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. If we had to score this place out of 10, it would be a 11+. Staying with them will make anyone's journey that much better!

Such attention to detail and comfort, yummy muffins and muesli, coffee machine, outside seating. Very comfy bed and nice shower and bath. Thank you so much, we loved our stay 😊
