Cleanliness and proximity to the airport

1. Time taken to check in/ check out- the staff was inadequate and inexperienced 2. Room service- despite repeated instructions, the milk asked for was NOT hot! Despite personal feedback to the concerned manager after the first night, it was served Luke warm second night also
