The location of apartment was good.

Hello, we are extremely disappointed with the stay here, it has caused lots of inconvenience: 1. The bathroom water drainage is blocked. We were unable to bath. This has made a huge inconvenience for 4 of us for bathing and resulting we decided not to bath next day. Called the property owner and he check and told that he cannot do anything. I am shocked how can a drainage blocked bath be provided to a family. Worst experience. 2. The towels were smelling and they were not clean. Felt again a sign to not shower. Extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. 3. The car parking is shown in booking.com as present, but later was told that I need to park at a public parking. 4. The utensils were not clean and trust me there were basic stuff missing like chopping boards and kitchen tissues. Like how can someone expect to cook in that kind of kitchen. 5. The toilet roll was just left for one person and no extra toilet roll was provided. Now again making it to avoid going to toilet for all. There were no toiletries provided like handwash and shower gel. The toilet seat was very loose and very uncomfortable to use. The shower water was not suddenly changing to hot or cold, again difficult to bath. I just felt that my whole money was wasted by staying here. The worst stay ever till now. I strongly doubt the comments and ratings now, they were miss guiding.
