The staff were very friendly and helpful with giving me directions and extra tea coffee. The shower wasn't working properly, and neither was my key. The staff fixed them straight away. Bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet and very close to everything in the city

The only downside was the shower and the door key. But they did fix both quickly. Also, it says washing facilities, and there is, but please, because it charged me too much, and it's taken some time to get the money refunded.

Good value for money and very central

De kamer had alle faciliteiten voor een langer verblijf. Vooral de kitchenette was fantastisch! Het zorgde ervoor dat ik niet iedere dag uit eten hoefde. Verder was het bed prima en de omgeving erg rustig/stil.

Het keukengerei, pannen, glas en borden waren niet schoon. Ik moest eerst afwassen voor gebruik.

The room was very spatious with a large beds. Basic kitchen things were provided and things to wash up sich as towel sponge and soap as well. the location is just a the boarder to the city center and still very close to the train station, so the noise is very reduced, except twice where some other tenants made wuite a ruckus, but i guess this happens at a student accommodation, so overall it wad a nice stay.

Some minor things: They don't provide hair drier. A con is also the reduced airflow due to the safetywindows but that is what I have experienced in the pass with student accommodations in general. Wished they had another system for the safety instead of signing in and out everytime. also some staff weren't aware that I had to do it.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Room well laid out, had all I needed. Located close to station.

Pillows need replacing.

Studentato molto ben posizionato vicino alla stazione e al centro di Newcastle. Le camere sono dei mini-appartamenti con tutto il necessario per farsi da mangiare. Molto comode e fornite. Gentilissimo lo staff della struttura, sempre disponibile e con reception funzionante 24h. Ad esempio una notte ho avuto un problema con una camera e il portiere notturno mi ha aiutato a risolverlo brillantemente. Consigliato soprattutto se avete bisogno di una base comoda per prendere treni e bus per esplorare la regione.

Great location, lovely lady at reception that helped with questions on local area and checked me in. Room was lovely, area a walking distance to the city centre and will definitely stay again next time I am up.
