O que gostei é que eu ja conhecia a area , mas tem o problema na ladeira.

Tive um problema serio , fiquei mas de 2 horas esperando para resolver uma situação , porque o codigo nao abria o cofre que tinha a chave. E depois de tempo tentando quando abrimos ja existia uma familia , e para resolver esta situação foi complicado porque eles queria fazer uma logistica que nao tava certo me trocar para 2 apartamento diferentes e no outro dia ir para onde aluguei nao achei correto, entrei um apartamento ja usado pela familia anteiror. E ainda eles nao devolveram logo o calcao que eles exigem para entrar , e so devolveoram quando sair 2 dias depois . Foi horarrivel e nao reservaria novamente.

The location was excellent—conveniently situated close to everything I needed, including shops, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the area really easy and enjoyable. The space itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. Everything I needed was provided, from basic amenities to thoughtful extras that made the stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

The apartment was spacious and relatively quiet, but unfortunately that was not enough to make the stay enjoyable.

The location was very far from central Lisbon, in Algés, in a non-lively neighborhood with not much around. It was not convenient for exploring the city. The staff was not understanding and very difficult to contact. They created a WhatsApp account with automatic AI-generated replies instead of offering real customer support, which made communication frustrating. They required a €250 deposit for only 3 nights. We asked if it could be waived, but they refused. They also promised the refund would be sent the day after checkout, but I only received it 3 days later. The accommodation also had a bad smell and was not properly clean. The bathroom door could not be locked, which made us uncomfortable and worried about privacy. In addition, the shower sometimes did not work properly, and I had to take cold showers because there was no hot water at times.

Heel comfortabel appartement, het ligt op een goede locatie en niet precies in het centrum, maar toch dicht bij verschillende bezienswaardigheden. De slaapkamers zijn kleiner dan op de foto. Heel mooie woonkamer. Elke kamer had eigen verwarming, comfortabele bedden. De vaatwasser is erg handig.

Slecht geïsoleerd, je hoort buren van overal. De buren waren ook aan het verbouwen. De parking is gratis maar je hebt niet altijd een vrije plaats. Er was geen bezem, ook waren het tapijt en de zetel vuil.

La zona muy tranquila, el alojamiento está impecable muy amplio,y bien cuidado,sin embargo el ruido procedente de la escalera y las zonas comunes se escucha demasiado desde el interior , lo que afecta al descanso.

Hemos tenido problemitas en la hora de entrar , me decían que no han recibido la fianza que yo ya he pagado unos días antes de llegar , que al final se ha solucionado.

Es un piso espacioso que para ir con familia numerosa se agradece

El piso necesita retoques, y en la cocina hay muy pocos utensilios. Difícil cocinar sin espátula, cuchillos que corten, entre otras cosas. No había escoba para la limpieza diaria.
