The place is clean, very spacious for big family

The wifi is not working, texted admin via whatsapp, no one reply. Probably issue with router, but the problem was not managed by the team

The view is the best score so far, love the beach view, overall the house is clean, nice furniture arrangement, the aircond in perfect condition. The accomodation is huge compare with the price we pay, very reasonable. The ammenities is amazing.

1. Toilet hose in sharing bathroom need to be fixed, it's broken, but i can use shower hose, not a big deal, 2. water filter don't have cold water, only hot and medium temperature. So i filter water and put in the fridge if i wanna drink cold water. 3. In second room don't have door hanger, usually i can hang my jeans behind the door. Just minor things to be fix to make an amazing stay.

Please don't book this property, they will never return back your deposit.

Property asking Rm100 for deposit before check in and will return back after 3 days checked out. But since I had checked out since 18th Feb 2026, until now they never return back my deposit, even though I never do anything wrong for them to hold my deposit. They promised to return back but no action taken, call the customer service, she is very rude and always ignore this issue and refused to answer my phone call. Rude and irresponsible. So sad, first time encounter this kind of thing, other properties that I had been booked before never do this.
