This property doesn’t look like the pictures posted on internet. Rooms are very tiny and the most uncomfortable experience was that it is exactly beside a dance bar.

Scam?! I booked a room at this hotel through booking.com. They also go under the name FabHotel. I spoke to customer service a day prior to arrival, as to confirm my booking and early check in, who told me everything was in order. I kept on receiving messages from them with different payment links, which I thought was odd. The website specifically said it would be paid upon arrival. Luckily I didnt pay any advance. Upon arrival I was told that they DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGNERS. I didnt understand why and also this was not mentioned anywhere on the site. I explained to them the situation, but the service desk employee didn‘t want to hear of it. As I looked for a solution, he wouldnt help me with any guidance as to another nearby hotel or recommendation of an open restaurant or place I could sit (all hotels nearby I contacted at that point would only check me in after midday, it was still pitch dark outside and cafes and restaurants were still closed). The area turned out to be quite secluded amoungst industrial buildings. As a female solo traveller, who just undertook a 16h train ride, I felt quite lost in this situation. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for a good rest and experience in Mumbai.

Nothing except the fact that they gave me 2-3 hours early check-in after a bit of begging.

Everything. The room was crammed and I have a bigger bathroom than the room in my house. The air-condition was just near the head so you would take all the cold air and noise directly in your ears. Please don't go after the pics and most likely fake reviews. This was by far the worst room I ever stayed anywhere in India. For this price, you can get much better room in Navi Mumbai I am sure.

The attendant was very disappointing. Shouting at me as I was trying to explain that I had booked. He was telling me to get away as if I was a criminal. I only learnt today that since I am not Indian I shouldn't have booked with them. This could have been amicably explained. I would not have stayed there anyway. It was dirty and didn't have a fresh look.
