Studio townhouse near Airport and old town Chiang Mai

The room was large, but the air conditioning didn't reach it. A large fan was used to try and cool it down, but it wasn't cool at all. Furthermore, the large fan caused a lot of dust in the room, spreading it throughout. For those with allergies, I recommend wearing a mask while sleeping because the dust particles from the large fan really lift and fill the entire room.

great location comfy beds

My son and I stayed here for a month between January and February. I think this property represents really good value for money, the location is really good, it's quiet, there are plenty of bars and restaurants all very very local, there is plenty to do if you want to go into the town center you could walk it, it's not far at all maybe 20 minutes, within a few hundred meters there is a large supermarket, a launderette, and Kadmanee market (a large area with many many food stalls, bars and restaurants down one side, and outside seating all round a large pond) the taxi into town if so very cheap. The property itself has a front patio, electronic keypads are no keys to worry about, as soon as you enter you realise how big this place is, yes the floor is concrete, but it's a smooth flat concrete, it's so spacious the bathroom is huge there's another room at the back, a dressing room, you have a kitchen, down the market everything is so cheap I doubt you will want to cook) you also have a lounge area and then two large double beds, before we had spent a month in Bangkok in a hotel this is incredibly spacious, you have to look at the price you are paying as well I think this is good value for money, it was clean, the Wi-Fi is super fast, the price you pay I don't think there's much to moan about

Not much to not like, if I have to point out something negative I would say that the chairs around the dining table do not feel very strong on the seat

For the same price you can book a modern apartment in a tourist area that has restaurants, bars etc plus swimming pool and fitness facilities. This accommodation is in the middle of one of the poorest area of chaing mai with no restaurants or bars and an area that feels unsafe. The room has a concrete floor the beds comprise of an industrial pallet with a mattress on top The sitting area has the cheapest furnishing I have ever seen. A desolate depressing room that has no outside space. It was so terrible that we did not enter the property but looked thru the window and escaped It is a slum in a poor are RUN
