Apartments in Peterborough City Centre - Bayard Plaza

Sized side property, had everything as advertised facilities wise.

The sound from someone in the plaza playing loud music at 6 59am!! On a Sunday morning! No toiletries, mattress feel like your sleeping on floor, they need renewing and duvets are torn and pillows are stained!

The apartment has a great central location, very close to shops, restaurants and public transport. The space is spacious, comfortable and well laid out, making it suitable for a longer stay. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was clear.

Some areas could benefit from better maintenance and a deeper clean. A few small details did not fully match expectations, but nothing that completely affected the stay.

Nothing to dislike but a few more wine classes, there were only two and we were four. If there were another armchair or two seater sofa it would be perfect.

Wonderful apartment with everything we needed for our two nights stay. Very clean and spacious enough for our needs. The after hours check in instructions were really helpful and the staff during the day were really friendly and helpful. The building and car park is very secure. Glad we found this place, if visiting Peterborough again we would choose here.

Being 4 people it would have been better if we could have one more key (would have happily paid extra if needed) but this is more for added convenience than an issue

Staff were rude on our final day after staying for nearly a week. They harassed my family and threatened my little ones. Wouldn't recommend anyone here.
