Great location , lovely building with nice ambience

Room was dated and tired.

We liked the location and the staff were very helpful

There was nothing we didn't like.

The building is lovely with an interesting history and the spa was a welcome and good value treat.

Evening staff were helpful and friendly, sadly the breakfast staff were lacklustre and surly. The room was comfortable and good value but the hotel looks tired inside with stained chairs in the restaurant and carpets that need a good clean throughout. The food was ok, nothing special. The hotel is close to the town, just a 10 minute walk down the hill so maybe eat there instead.

Renovierungsbedürftig Zimmer benötigen dringend eine Runderneuerung, vor allem das Badezimmer. Die Teppiche im Frühstücksbereich sind abgenützt und schmutzig.

We travelled as a party of 7 on our way to mull. We all liked the location of the hotel, the food was lovely although we were unable to dine in the hotel. The breakfast was lovely.
