La ubicación!

No esta bonito, le falta atención y decoración al lobby y el hotel es cómodo! ... pero las fotos estan mejor q la realidad. El cuarto bien, pero p dormir. Las alfombras en los pasillos estaban sucias .

I was able to get a good night’s sleep, there was constant warm water for showers, I enjoyed the breakfast, and the location is good.

The staff gave me the wrong hotel room at first and I had to go back down to reception to be given the correct room. After I was given the correct room, the sink in the bathroom was defective and kept pouring water onto the bathroom floor. The design of the sink and countertop in the bathroom was not good. I had to put a towel on the floor so that it would absorb the water being literally poured from the sink onto the bathroom floor.

Convenient location to events in the World Trade Center. Nice facilities. Nice rooms. Great Breakfast buffet

Some renovation going on, but no problem at all

La amplitud del cuarto, la ubicación y el box lunch que nos dieron por irnos antes el último día.

Baño muy pequeño. Desayuno no tan variado

Pues el desayuno estaba bueno y me gustó mucho que todo era muy tranquilo, definitivamente regresaría.

La verdad todo muy bien.

●Las alfombras sucias de los pasillos! Me hacían pensar en la demás limpieza. ●... Los sillones solo puestos, abandonados, sin gusto en el lobby! Con tantito gusto y ganas ese solo detalle podría hacer la diferencia! Una alfombra, una mesa de centro, alguna lámpara!!! ....pero no!!!!! ●Y los camiones q llegan al hotel ! Claro q las fotos estan mejor de lo q es....y los comentarios ...los crei y no fueron ciertos del todo....
