The hotel design and location are good, and it has the potential to be a very nice stay.

Housekeeping standards were poor. Food trays were left in the hallways for hours and had to be followed up multiple times for removal. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the hallways were not properly cleaned or vacuumed. The key card battery failed, leaving me unable to access my room. To apologize, staff brought Saudi coffee and fruit very late at night while I was sleeping, which was not appropriate. Overall, the service was below expectations.
