Charming Edwardian maisonette in trendy location, minutes from restaurants and pubs in Ashley Cross, Poole

THe location is excellent you want to be in the centre of Ashley cross for the aura. It is literally on top of the best bars and easy walk to everywhere else. It therefore is noisy into the late evening and again early in the morning for the coffee crew. This didn't bother us but might other people - particularly if you have young children. The apartment itself is lovely, great decor, great kitchen and living spaces. Short drive/bus to Beach/Quay and further afield to Bournemouth.

The parking is not easy. We went at a weekend which meant there was no need for a permit - but there was also no parking at all on first night, we had to drive a couple of streets away - no big unless you have loads of stuff. The sofa bed for the third person is ok but not great. Lots of steps up to flat so pushchairs etc. would be a struggle or if you were disabled.

Beautiful, relaxed, comfortable mid century decor , seriously elegant, calming and inviting. Owner was welcoming and helpful, access was easy and straightforward, all the facilities you need were there, we absolutely loved our time there and would love to move in and live there forever. Will definitely be back if they’ll have us ! The location was brilliant too, everything you could want right there. Absolute gem of a place.

Durch die Pubs ist es sehr laut bis in die Nacht, was einen stören kann wenn man schlafen möchte.

It was very comfortable and handy for visiting the Uni with our daughter.

It was very noisy outside until 1am with the pub opposite, but the double glazing helped! Unfortunately it was very hot when we stayed and could have done with opening the windows.

Everything! The place is beautiful, and there are a lot of pubs and restaurants within less than a 5 minute walk.

It can get a bit noisy from the pub below, but that’s only an issue if you go to bed early.

This place was a lovely find for myself & my partner to stay for a very short trip to Dorset. It was super clean, tidy but wasn't bland - full of plants, colour & travel guides!

The 3 pubs within close proximity meant that it was a bit noisy (as people who go to bed really early!) however, we didn't realise the pubs were so close until we got there. The neighbours were a tad frustrating in the night as they slammed doors & meant sleep was a bit disrupted.

Lovely flat - tastefully decorated. Great location over a very cool coffee shop.
