The Wardens Hideaway - Tattershall Lakes Country Park

Very clean and comfortable, everything we needed was there , very comforting surroundings, beautifuly decorated, very enjoyable stay , thankyou 😊

The property was nice and clean, had good facilities, bed was comfy and had a lovely nights sleep.

There were a couple of things that I felt let down the stay, the WiFi was very on and off and we were unable to use the Netflix as it kept disconnecting I understand this is likely when it is busier as the sign says, the oven wasn’t very good on the first night we made pizza and this took 25 minutes and only cooked one then we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the other one to actually cook we then had a similar experience with the oven on the second night when making dinner and in the end we had to throw it away as it hadn’t cooked all the way through. The biggest issue for us was the camera facing the decking and hot tub, we understand this is for security but personally this made us uncomfortable that we were potentially being filmed in the hot tub.

Cosy and on the runway so saw all the planes

Couldn’t get in the club house without buying an £80 pass - little bit annoying but not the be all and end all

The shower was broke and so we the toilet seat hot tub was cold

Really nice place, the caravan was really clean and had lots of nice walks with nice scenery of the lakes

The beds are too small for adults, unfortunately we didn’t sleep that well. The food and drinks in spitfire were really overpriced which meant we only ate on site once and the passes became a bit of a waste.

i enjoyed the peace when the planes stopped flying over, but to be honest they was great to see
