Great location and easy to get to the town centre and transport links

Large, fairly well equipped flat, centrally located with secure underground parking

Nothing the owner can sort, but I found the road noise outside the bedroom window particularly intrusive in the early hours of the morning. If you are a light sleeper, like me, prepare to be woken between 5 and 6am

Location was brilliant and opposite shopping mall. Near to bus services and trains to London

The property needs a good clean and some TLC. Bedrooms and bedding were clean but bathrooms and kitchen need some repairs.

The location was central. Next to Atria Shopping Centre, plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and a short walk to Watford Junction train station. Ideal for going to Harry Potter Studios tour and also a short train journey into the centre of London. Communication with Staff from booking to departing was exceptional, informative and friendly. The apartment was roomy, modern, comfortable, clean and offered everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Beds were very comfortable. Overall we had a great time and would definitely book again with them.

The common entrance, stairwell and lift appeared to be dirty, littered and a strong bad smell. This appears to be a building management issue and did not dampen our experience or stay. The security entrance was faulty making it impossible to gain entry without assistance from friendly neighbours. However once this was passed on to staff they were able to give a solution not causing any hassle to our stay.

The property was really nice it was big enough 6 adults. The it had everything you needed for your stay washer and dryer. It even had a dishwasher as well plenty of space so you didn’t feel you were on top of everyone. The coach bed was very comfortable to sleep on

The only downside was the coach it wasn’t big enough for everyone and there’s only a bench table for others to sit on and they were comfortable.
