The staff was good

No heater in room. Breakfast they said by 8 but didn't give until we checked out as we need to by 8:30 to catch flight. Hot water not working. Towels provided were pathetic

Location and room are also good.

Soundproofing is mention but there is no soundproofing in the rooms and also there are so many unwanted noise from other rooms and floors. And interconnected room is not a good thing for other’s privacy.

Bed was confortable. Bed and room size are fine. I had a good night rest actually. Their own delivery food from their off-location cafe was good. Reception staff not super friendly, but not too bad either. Fine for 1 quick night.

Rooms are dated, do not look like on the booking photos anymore. No outside window in my room and not super clean, just some wall, AC unit and a pigeon behind the window. No telephone to reception and door to adjoining room is thin, so I could hear next room.

The apartments, locality and service. Staff was really helpful, kind and polite. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

The hospitality was great with good ambience the stay was very pleasing with neatness and the Staff was polite with quick response when needed help. Very helpful and greeted well staff members organized properly the room service.. Keep it up
