GBA lovely loft apartment. Very well though out and beautifully designed. Check-in was easy and Gary accommodated an earlier check-in for me at no extra cost. Very handy to have the parking and be able to drive straight there and get the keys, rather than having to be met or use a key nest. Nice touch with the welcome treats. The bed was really comfortable.
Unfortunately the guest who had been in before me had been smoking in the apartment, leaving a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. Gary was very helpful dropping off febreeze sprays and an air purifier, but unfortunately they didn't completely get rid of it. I was travelling for work and was there for a week so I had hung up all of my clothes in the open closet area in the hall and when I got to my next city and unpacked they all smelt of stale smoke and so I had to wash everything. For this I have marked it 8/10 but otherwise the score would have been higher - and it is not the host's fault, I understand this but it was a bit of an inconvenience. But don't let it put you off staying. The only other thing was that the bathroom window was very hard to close.

The booklet, when you come from a different country and the in-house instructions don't inform you of the intricacies of the hob. Got sorted after phone calls to the number provided. Also some of the restaurants recommended no longer in business
