"Great Location and A great host!"

Great location, so close to the Tram abd bus system. The host was quick to respond when needed. Great value for the accommodation. I would stay again!

The apartment is dated, keys to enter all of the doors were tempermental. The bed was a little hard for my liking, so I used the extra comforter under the sheet which really helped.

"Great value with everything you would need right on the doorstep."

Excellent location with everything you could need from an apartment. The surrounding shops, pubs and cafés made it very easy to get the basics done without any hassle.

There were one or two very minor things like creaky floorboards at night waking my partner however I really can't complain with the value for money and facilities on offer.

"Good affordable accommodation in great location"

Location excellent. Lift was Bonus as property on second floor. Good shower. Kitchen spotless. All good. Host very good at keeping in contact. Tram to city centre only 5 minute walk away. Plenty of bars and cafes in area.

Floor a bit creaky. No real problem though.

"A cool place to stay"

It was in a great location to see different parts of Edinburgh. The flat was nice and gave us a lot of flexibility during our trip and the instructions were very clear to get into the building. The neighborhood was very pretty with the view of the river right in front.

This isn't really in anyone's control, but there is a bar right next to the building which got loud in the middle of the night. Also the cobblestones outside were very noisy as people rolled bags through or emptied their trash cans. We woke up from the noise each night, but it wasn't terrible. Just a slightly noisy area.

"Was nice place too stay just need little TLC"

Really good location, close to Edinburgh city centre (5 minutes by tram) and a good price. Had lots of utensils for cooking and was very warm.

The flat could do with some maintenance and could have been cleaner. Couldn't find the spare sheets for the sofa bed and the lock wouldn't work at all for the downstairs door. Someone and too let us in

Room was spacious, excellent location. Close to restaurants and bus stop. Free parking available.

Cleanliness was an issue. Clean bedding questionable.
