The home was comfortable and clean for my party of 9 pax. We had a good time in the pool. The deco is tastefully done and ambient lighting was well placed. I loved the glow in the dark labels on the light switches and that each room had its own hair dryer.

The room door handle for the room downstairs needs to be fixed, and tactile feel for the tap in that bathroom is less then desirable, toilet seat covers is a little loose.

The kitchen doesn't have exhaust fan which cause a smell if you cooking.

Overall it was a nice house. Near to Balok Beach and not far from Kuantan city centre. Could accommodate 9 adults comfortably with additional floor futons. It had a kitchenette with good size fridge and Coway water filter. Also a toaster oven and 2/3 pans to heat up food . No microwave though.

The entrance/ gate was facing a cross junction. You need to reverse parking into the compound while watching vehicles from all directions. The bottom step of the staircase was unsuitable for kids.
