"Great property for a family break"

The location was great, having parking was fab. The river running by was so relaxing. The property was great for a family break, plenty of space for us all. Lots of bathrooms and lots of towels, plus the kitchen was stocked with lots of extras like dishwasher tabs, sandwich bags, foil etc.

We had slight issues in getting the access info through via booking.com, however once I phoned the owner she sent everything through via text, she was very helpful. We had difficulty in closing the bottom door from the exterior, it could do with a handle on the top so you can pull it shut.

You asked about breakfast - none provided, but Owner left a few essentials which was nice. Liked location (close to local amenities and local park) and off-street parking

Bed mattress were basic and not very comfortable. Evening noise from adjacent Public House and the Public House circa 60 yards across the park. We had to re-wash some pots before cooking - residues from previous guests. We found it difficult to operate the cooker & grill, even with the manuals which were not very intuitive - took us 1 hour to work it out (suggest, you provide a concise 'idiot's guide')
