CAFrancesco was great . Met us outside the apartment, took us up and showed us around. It's a beautiful place with views of the bay and Mount Vesuvius. Great balcony for coffee. Spacious bedrooms ,each with its own bathroom. Nice ,comfortable sofa and large dining room. I loved the place. It is about 15 to 20 minute walk to the center of town, so may not be suitable for everyone...but we enjoyed it.
GBThe apartment was really beautiful, modern, decorated really nicely and located about 15 minute walk from central Sorrento (Piazza Tasso). There is a spacious balcony at the front of the property which we used a few times. As it is uphill from Piazza Tasso you would need to be ok with the climb but of course the walk down to Sorrento is downhill. Francesco met us at the property and was very helpful in giving us all the local information and suggestions as to where to go etc. We also requested two sets of keys which were provided to us. There is a small supermarket two minutes walk away and a great restaurant called Da Filippo five minute walk which I would recommend as lovely food and very reasonably priced. We ate there three nights! There are also two bigger supermarkets about ten minutes walk away towards the town.
There was building work going on at the back of the apartment complex so builders arrived at 8am every morning and started drilling. It didn;t really affect us as were were there for five nights and we were up and about by then. A cleaning fee of 120 euro was requested on the day we arrived but we had not been told about that so we did not pay.
SGGBThe apartment was super clean, well equipped and spacious but the best part is the view, it is incredible. All communications were excellent, we were able to drop our bags early so we could make the most of our first day. Francesco who greeted us was so friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful. We would love to come back some day and would highly recommend this apartment.
