Luxury Waterfront Escape Best Location Auckland

The property was beautiful, we truly enjoyed our time there and it was presented very well. The location is close to everything and you can walk to the ferry’s.

The decor was interesting and I appreciated the bath. It was easy to enter and leave and I felt secure. Location was fine from the entrance but not so from the actual apartment.

The noise from the Viaduct Harbour restaurants was very loud - talking and music. And on Thursday night the music ended at 02:00. The air conditioner was out of order so the apartment was very stuffy, considering the balcony door could not be opened because of the noise below. There was no harbour view either, and it was not an easy place to relax.

Unfortunately the noise at night. Although they provided an earplug, it still bothering me especially when I needed to have a rest for a marathon

Location was good right on the Viaduct and easy walking to shops. Dishwasher and washer and drier handy.

Found multiple long thick black hairs throughout apartment, including inside of the pillowcase. A clump of thick black hair stuck to my plaster on my foot. There were some coffee sachets which was good, but after that the only option was scooping coffee from a used opened jar. The coffee pods did not fit the machine either. The "Candy buffet" was ridiculous. There was literally two pieces in each jar. More pillow options for sleeping would have been great as we don't sleep on European pillows and the standard pillow was very thin and uncomfortable. The air con was tapped up claiming it was broken and not to use it. At the end of December it was extremely hot in the room. Being the holidays the noise from bars went until about 2am, however, they did provide earplugs. Also broken glass on the balcony. Apartment could do with a deep clean.

Excellent location. Bars and restaurants at your doorstep. Easy walk to Queen Street. Apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. You are right in the hub of the Viaduct so expect noise from the bars. They do provide ear plugs

No air con! Not ideal when it’s 28 degrees outside. The unit was like a hotbox. Fan doesn’t make any difference. 2 mini chocolates and 2 lollies doesn’t count as an “all you can eat candy bar”
