المكان جميل يطل على النهر وقريب من محلات التسوق

لم يعجبني عندما ارسلت لتأكيد موعد الوصول واخبرتها موعد وصولي مع عائلتي من الساعه الثامنه وحتى التاسعه وارسلت لي موافقه على الموعد وقبل الوصول بيوم اخبرتني سيتم التسليم في الساعه 11 وعمد وصولي المطار اخبرتني سيتم التسليم في الساعه الواحده ظهراً تمنيت لو كانت صريحه معي بوقت الدخول واخبرتني بالموعد قبل وصولي حتى يتسنى لي حجز سكن آخر لمده يوم في فندق خصوصا اني وصلت وقت مبكر في المطار ومعي عائلتي وعندي اطفال وكنا منهكين من رحله دامت اكثر من 12 ساعه

We were given a penthouse “upgrade” which was great but it has less bedrooms and wasn’t in a central location as expected. It did have a pool table and great river views and was very close to the SEC and science centre.

It had too few bedrooms, the location was not as indicated in the advert, the boiler was malfunctioning the whole visit, the car parking was ok if you had a small car, there was a very limited supply of cups, plates, cooking utensils.

I loved the property, a beautiful view of the lake, a good location, a good place to enjoy moments

The property had no defects and was as advertised.

The location was really good. The flat was relatively clean especially the bathroom and kitchen area Shower was excellent.

Strong smell of cigarettes when entering property which didn’t help my asthmatic daughter. Sofa was the most uncomfortable ever and the fake leather was pealing and hidden with a cover. Dining Table was wobbly and unfit to eat on. Bed in main bedroom was awful as were the pillows in each bedroom. Only three mugs in kitchen so had to buy more. Lack of pans. Living room rug was stained with mud. Patio door insecure and could not be locked. I can’t believe booking.com gave this 5 stars. Overpriced.
