ORCHID SUITES - Historic Palm Beach Hotel Condominium

This delightful corner suite is bright, sunny and cozy with mood-lifting white-and-blue decor a la Mediterranean. This historic hotel converted to condominiums has character and is in a peaceful residential area with restaurants, boutiques, and a bookstore nearby. It’s communicated ahead of time that the common areas are a bit worn pending renovation, but personally I found this made it feel authentic and I enjoyed crossing paths with residents. The suite is a true oasis; as gorgeous as it was outside I had to persuade myself to leave the room in the mornings as it was so pleasant. Well equipped kitchenette so you can enjoy light meals in your room. The building is very secure with valet and check-in attendants as you enter. The nightly rate is fantastic for this area and within a few minute walk are luxurious properties along the beach. Pascale the host was responsive and helpful, providing thorough information before check-in and replying to my messages promptly. All in all a wonderful stay!

L’hébergement est très propre, très bien équipé, juste à côté d’un supermarché. Quartier calme et agréable. J’ai apprécié que la propriétaire prenne le temps de me contacter afin de savoir si nous étions bien installés et nous avons eu de nombreux conseils sur les choses à visiter aux alentours ainsi que des astuces. Le balcon est très appréciable. La piscine est très agréable. Nous avons été ravis d’avoir des bons pour les petits déjeuners. Je recommande.

La vétusté des parties communes ainsi que l’odeur de l’humidité dans celles-ci. Cela est indépendant de la volonté de la propriétaire mais il est à noter que des travaux sont en cours. L’immeuble a un véritable potentiel.

Fabulous room, fabulous location. Every detail has been thought of, down to the phone charger by the bed with connections that fit any phone. The reviews were extremely good and I had high expectations. It did not disappoint.

Our stay was spectacular! Thanks to our nice host Ms. Pascale for upgrading our room to a bigger one w/ a nicer view and huge balcony. I couldn’t say more but thank you so much🩷 The room was clean and kitchen utilities are complete. We hope we have stayed longer though 😆. But definetely will come back and book @ Orchid Suite again. I highly recommed this condotel apartment. It’s very close to everything, beach, worth ave, clock tower and the Royal Poinciana Plaza. And not to forget orchid suite has a valley parking and was thankful that out host included that w/ our booking. Frontdesk is also very helpful to us. Thank you guys❤️

Just the balcony door lock is very hard to open, you hve to really figure it out. Building is old but renovated so there’s some ongoing construction here and there or around the area. Nothing crazy though.
