Location was very convenient.

Property needs updating. Provide more towels and needs additional electrical outlets. Pillows extremely hard & uncomfortable. Bathroom sink water pressure extremely weak. Refrigerator freezer needed to be defrosted.

Very comfortable apartment and had everything you needed!

There was a very old, musty smell in the corridors but they are under refurbishment The apartments themselves are lovely!

Perfect location for exploring Palm Beach. Good value compared to other options.

Building is a bit old and tired.

Perfect location and great accommodations! The room was so spacious and clean! Located in the best location in PB! Loved being able to walk to everything. Host and reception super nice and accommodating too!!! Will book again! For sure!

Building common space is well overdue for rehab but if you know the building not a big deal since the unit itself was fantastic

Very old. Ac unit didn’t work. A fan between rooms had to constantly run and it was Loud. The entire place smelled like old carpet mildew. The staff were dry and short tempered that gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. Simple questions I asked were met with smart remarks and scoffs. The location was perfect if you wanted to get around to do any kind of buying for local items and quick to get to Port for a cruise (which we were in). Squeezing a blood turnip dry after it has already passed its lifetime, but yet still charging for the brand new turnip.

Had a fantastic stay! The host Pascale was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better.
