CABest owner, property and location. Close to the bus station (2 min walk) and airport (8 min ride), yet still super close to all the beautiful historical landmarks (10-15 minutes walks). Owner extremly nice and helpfull, easy communication. Property is big, you have everything you need and more in a cute confortable setting.
Maybe a longer chain for the bedroom fan as it was hard to turn on/off? Sorry we confuse the doorbell with the light switch in the stairs, we havent seened anything like this so far in beautiful Croatia, maybe more info on this so tourist like us don't accidently wake you up?!
SIThe property is totally equipped: you have small living room, kitchen, spacious bedroom and nice bathroom and hall. We were really amazed that in kitchen there were necessary supplies: forks, spoons, pans, plates, sponges, gloves, detergents and so on. Even oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea lol. A lot of paper towels, kitchen cloths, garbage packages and small plastic packages and etc. There’s ventilator in the bedroom on the ceiling as well. Few big wardrobes, iron desk even. Well, obviously TV, air conditioner and Wi-fi. Big table in living room and a lot of foreign channels on TV. The owner is very professional. He let us to leave our luggage before, was very polite and explained us about the place and where to go. Even gave us few bottles of coca-cola and water as a welcoming gift, which was kind of him. Very generous hotel and the owner. We come from Slovenia and i don’t know if it was a coincidence but we found one clay fresco in the kitchen, which represents Slovenia (look the photo). That was really cute! Also the hotel is in about 200 metres from the main bus station of Pula and in around 800-900 metres from the center of Pula and the main attractions. Hvala puno Zdenko!
It was all great.
GBZdenko was especially helpful and a great host. The location is adjacent to the old centre and a very practical choice if driving or arriving by bus.
Traffic noise late at night was noticeable.

HRZdenko contacted us before with additional instructions how to find a parking. He gave us additional information about the places we wanted to see. The apartment was clean and near the bus station and 10 minutes walk till Arena Pula. Excellent value for price
Nothing. We needed to go to concert in Pula and it was near and clean and Zdenko was really good host.
