Primrose Cottage - Two Bed Cottage with Private Courtyard & Nearby Parking

Wonderful location, visit Bath and feel like a local. The Cerfew pub is cozy and literally across the lane feeling like a hotel bar! The bath in Bath was a wonderful touch!

Be aware that the Laneway the cottage is on can be very cramped for a vehicle. You may have to reverse out to allow for local residents. Coffee machine was missed in the cleaning (grounds in the machine and the jug had stale coffee)

Such a stunning property, with all the facilities one needs. A very welcoming host, who was easy to reach and left us a lovely welcome basket. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the outdoor spaces.

There was nothing I did not like, my only suggestion would is to place a chest of drawers or a closet in the smaller bedroom.

It was elegantly decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves. The staff took good care of us.

Just a gentle reminder that the stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow.

Pretty cottage, surprisingly spacious. Loved the little courtyard and raised terrace. Location perfect for walking into Bath. We used the Morrison’s car park which was very close by.

A mat by the back door when coming in after it had rained would be useful. Otherwise perfect.

Great location, the communication with the host was faultless. So clean and really well equipped

Our only recommendation is that the outdoor furniture is better kitted out. The balcony upstairs has furniture that doesn’t have suitable cushions so isn’t very useful. Down stairs it would have been so lovely to have a little bistro set so you could eat outdoors. Or again a cushion that fits the provided seat…sitting on bare metal or wicker really isn’t comfy.

Location great. Short walk to city centre. Parking 10 mins away. Not great in poor weather. Cosy, cottage beautifully decorated,.Everything we needed including bathroom toiletries. Heating was on when we arrived. Very thoughtful touches. Towels small, would prefer full size bath towel. Coffee machine not great/ limescale. A cafetiere would be better. Stairs steep - elderly/ young might struggle. But those are small niggles as overall it was excellent. Superhog verification was not acceptable to us due to online security concerns, but agent kindly accommodated us. Would highly recommend.
