Disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations — the bedding and towels did not feel properly maintained. I stayed for four nights, and shortly after my stay I began experiencing severe itching, which was later confirmed to be scabies. This affected the rest of my vacation and I’m still dealing with the aftermath a week later. In 2025, higher standards of cleanliness and hygiene should be expected to ensure guests’ comfort and well-being.
