Kona Penthouse Retreat - Relaxed 2 BD with Ocean Views

I fell in love with this house. The pictures do not do it justice. The wood floors and gorgeous staircase were an. authentic Hawaiian vibe.SO much space,very open,super comfortable beds and couch. Watch the sunset.The view is great. Loved the hot tub and backyard area.Lots of nice complimentary bathroom amenities. The master bath was so nice and huge.

Could have had better lighting for the big table area outside. We didn't use it when we grilled because it was too dark to see. The house is private but the walls are thin.I could hear the neighbors talking a lot .Could almost make out what they were saying ,as well as the houses near by have lots of dogs that barked a lot at night. Bring earplugs for sure.Nice location but you have to drive to Alii drive where all the action is and parking can be tricky.

Meine Mädels und ich waren für 4 Tage dort das Haus war Riesen groß Parkplatz war vorhanden. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden sogar mehr als das. Einfach top auch das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis war super. Waren auch relativ Zentral zu allem. Der Besitzer war einmal kurz da aber auch nicht wegen uns. Ein sehr netter Mann mit dem sich gut unterhalten kann. Man hat seine Ruhe was auch sehr angenehm war.

We loved the views! Very spacious and comfortable. We felt welcomed. Great amenities. :)

No guest parking. ( A friend came over to check out the house and told me he would definitely try to rent it next time he visits Kona. )

La casa è molto grande, ha una vista bellissima soprattutto al tramonto. A disposizione davvero tutto ciò che serve:lavatrice, asciugatrice, ombrellone, sdraio, crema solare, doposole, macchina per il caffè, cucina super accessoriata. Letti comodissimi, l'aria condizionata è disponibile per ora solo in camera ma a breve anche in sala. Il parcheggio è molto comodo.

Si trova in una zona un pò isolata, lontano dal mare, necessaria l'automobile. L'arredamento del salotto è un pò troppo datato e nonostante le zanzariere alcuni insetti riescono comunque ad entrare, ma si tratta di una zona con bellissima vegetazione, quindi è normale avere qualche "ospite"!

The Rental Size was Fantastic and appeared Very Clean. The Security Doors were an added Bonus. The Added Condiments and Kitchen Supply was a Plus.

Some Noisy Neighbors( At Times) Below from Time to Time as Well as Occasional Racing Street Traffic( at times exceedingly Fast).
