Nottingham City Centre Cosy Stays 2 Bedroom Apartment

Location was great. The apartment was spacious. Hot water ok. Kitchen cutlery etc were available. Space was enough for a 6ppl.

The facilities have gone thru a lot of wear and tear. Couches don’t look that clean. Carpet felt weird. There’s no toiletries (shampoos, soap etc)

The location in the lace market is absolutely great. Not too far to walk from the train station and a great spot with lots of shops, restaurants and trams around. The sofa is also great if you like to cuddle up and 1pm late checkout for £30 definitely felt worth it.

The place had quite a few issues. First of all the freezer, microwave, dishwasher and even a few cups in the cupboard had yellow water sitting in them? I don't even know how that would happen but very clearly nothing had been cleaned or even checked. We could not get the oven to work but we may be dumb. On the first night after checking in we got a message from the hosts telling us that the TV and toilet were broken and that they would come and deliver a new TV the next day. The TV did actually work it just had some weird dead pixels going on. There are two toilets one worked fine the other struggled to flush which meant I came across my boyfriend's poo sitting in the toilet more than once. Not great for a romantic holiday. The next day the TV was not delivered. I had asked if it could be delivered later in the day but it never happened. We were sort of just half expecting men to arrive with a TV all day which again is not the key to romance. I stopped chasing them on the TV and they didn't get in contact about it until the literal morning we were meant to checkout. They message to asked when we were checking out as they needed to deliver the sofa. We had paid for late checkout at 1pm at which point they said not to worry about the TV. This did make me think they had forgotten our late checkout but not sure. They also messaged me on WhatsApp and then deleted which was odd. I know all of that sounds really bad and it definitely wasn't great but the place does have all the facilities it claims to. The bed is comfy, the sofa is great and the location is excellent. We still had a nice time. I would book again if I was unable to find somewhere else.

Quiet, secure, and well-appointed apartment in the heart of Nottingham. Comfortable and with all the amenities required for my 10 day stay. Within walking distance of all major tourist attractions and amenities. Excellent communication with the company when required.

Some minor issues were dealt with swiftly. These issues did not detract from my stay.

Radiator in lounge not working Unable to use shower over the bath. Freezer completely frozen over so unable to use. Struggled to open wardrobe in master bedroom

Good location and very convenient. Clean. Near to bus station and train station. A lot of nearby restaurants. M&S is just opposite.

Didn’t provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Didn’t provide plastic bag for the dustbin in bathroom. And only 1 dustbin for 2 bathroom instead 1 each. Didn’t provide sponge for washing plates and also didn’t provide detergent for washing machine. Heater in living room not working. A lot of stairs and difficult to carry the luggage up the stairs. Need to mention in posting so family with elderly and children with stroller to take note.
