Immaculate Condition 3 Bed En-Suite Refurbished House

The only thing that was acceptable was the check-in process.

The whole place is very 'tired' looking, some of the walls were dirty, there was drink spillage all the way up the stair carpet that hadn't been cleaned. One of the curtain rails was hanging off. One of the showers did not work and the other was so dirty you could not use it. It didn't smell very pleasant either. This property is described as as 'Immaculate Condition' but it is far from immaculate!!

The bedrooms and toilets was excellent and the house been near to station

The living-room and kitchen which I felt had inadequate facilities. Need a second set sofa and chairs for the dining place . Sitting around was really painful. Kitchen needs proper cleaning towel and pots .

Very close to Chadwell Heath station was good as we had to go to Royal London Hospital to visit my father. Staff were very supportive and helpful. Very nice video showing how to get in. Showers were nice and also having shampoo and shower gel was good.

Windows were left open and could not easily be closed. Kitchen needs a good clean and better equipment. Microwave button got stuck. The units probably need to be changed. The carpet in hallway need to be cleaned or replaced as it had some stains on it. Walls in staircase could do with a clean Living room only had a 2 seater sofa so we as a family could not sit together some of us had to sit on the dining chair's.

Very Nice House. Easy to Check-in. Host was fast & easy to Contact. Parking Space available. Lovely En- Suite, 3 Minutes walk to Chadwell heath Station. Easy Access to the city by Train. Will be back in the future.

Grass needs a little trim, but not a big deal.
