The apartment was not ready at 3pm. I didn't get the keys until after 6pm. The apartment was still not ready. Coffee cup and toilet tissue in the toilet bowl. Wet towels and linens, Mold on the beddings, dirty floor, only 2 towels for 4 guests, no toilet tissue, no soap, dirty fridge, water heating kettle not working, remote for the TV and AC/heating unit were not available, the list goes on.
