It is a very clean apartment that feels like home.Beautiful art hang in all the rooms.The kitchen has everything including cook book.The owner greeted us when we reach at the tramp stop and gave us all insrtruction on how to use the key etc. I love it.

Very fancy and clean apartment Giada is super nice person

Although I gave her a rating of 10, I had a few notes about the apartment: There were only bed sheets provided, but no blankets. The kitchen could benefit from air conditioning or at least a fan, as it became quite hot during breakfast. The second room needs air conditioning as well; the fan alone is not sufficient for comfortable sleep in the summer. The bathroom requires a better ventilation system.

Spacious apartment in a nice area close to Florence. The apartment had everything you could need. I rarely found an apartment with all these facilities, it's really like home. And if you still managed to miss something I am sure Giada will provide it for you. This lady is adorable, very nice and helpful. The apartment was incredibly clean. She takes really good care of it in her own taste. I was also able to find free parking Infront of the apartment, I had to go around just one time and a car left a parking right in front of the house. It's on the first floor but there is a small elevator. Building is secured and quiet. There are 3 TV's, one in each room, just like in my house lol So I was happy about that. Bathroom bathroom, kitchen and bedroom are bigger than average I would say, plenty of room. It's on a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants and public transportation is close enough even though I didn't use it. I took my car to Florence which was challenging but I parked in a private parking, 2 hours cost 11 euros.

The only thing is the neighbors and the street, you can hear them if you are not a light sleeper you won't be bothered by this. Also we can't hear the neighbors in the living room just people on the street.

Excellent apartment and the nicest host. The location is in a lively suburb on a pedestrian street, but there is enough on-street parking. Nice neighbourhood with easy tram access to the centre. The rooms are quite big, beds are pretty comfy and the kitchen is fitted with everything needed. Despite it is not quite new, the apartment is very clean and well maintained. Giada is a super helpful host, giving additional advice with a smile and good attitude.

Everything was great, nothing worrying to report

The house was exceptionally clean. Giada also had an extensive collection of books available for reading, in both English and Italian. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials we required for our trip. We opted to take the tram to the city center, and the station was conveniently located just a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. The train ride itself took approximately 20 minutes to reach the city center.

Master bedroom bed was quite squeaky. The presence of the pizza restaurant on the lower floor might be a bit inconvenient due to noise generated by customers. If you happen to be a light sleeper, it's something to take into consideration. The parking situation involves free street parking, and we did encounter some challenges finding a spot, partly because of street cleaning schedules and community gatherings during the Christmas and New Year period. However, Giada was extremely helpful in providing us with suggestions to navigate this issue.
