Cosy Countryside Cottage in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

There was everything that we needed for our stay. The family who own the cottage were absolutely fabulous. We were welcomed by the lady of the house, and later met her husband. We were made to feel very welcome. The cottage is stunning, with its own private garden and outstanding views. I can guarantee you will not want to leave once you have arrived, we are already looking at returning, but for a slightly longer stay than 2 nights. I cannot recommend this property enough, Thankyou again for a wonderful stay x

Car park enter is very narrow.

The cottage was extremely well presented and clean throughout. You could tell a great deal of thought had been put into designing and equipping the cottage to provide everything their guests would need. The views from the cottage were over rolling countryside yet it was conveniently located. The host was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Gorgeous decor, cosy feel, high quality amenities, well stocked with anything you might need from hairdryers to tin openers and everything in between. Hot tub was fantastic and the night sky was glorious.

Didn’t like having to go downstairs in the night to use the loo. Beware the ceiling eves!

The cottage was beautiful and very well equipped, plus it had incredible views of the countryside from the hot tub itself! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was welcoming and always happy to help. I would definitely recommend this superb place and would look forward to staying again.

The road leads straight up to the dual carriageway without a slip road, so it's not a good place for scaredy cat drivers. Fortunately, the cottage is easily accessible by bus.
