No breakfast

No keys coz we didn’t have keys when we came Saturday night we wait outside at night waiting at the door to come someone to open the door and it was my worst night that’s very bad they should leave keys in safe place for the guests

Agreed with early check in with property 2 hours earlier than the stated time, turned up and couldn’t get into the property as there was no key for us in the box. after 30 mins of back and to phone calls with the property we got in…. The property resembled a crack den it was absolutely filthy. drug residue and drug bags left everywhere. Mirrors smashed. Carpet was filthy. Shower wasn’t mounted to the wall. Bathroom was mouldy. Place stank of cannabis. Next doors front door looked like it had been crowbarred in. Dirty nappy bag in corridor outside apartment. Owners were a nightmare to get hold of and were trying to reason with all this. DO NOT BOOK ANY APARTMENTS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Everything. Clearly health and safety hadn’t been there. Fire alarms taken off the ceilings and cables hanging down. Dirty, smelt of weed . Definitely would not recommend!!!! Stay away.

"THE STAY WAS NOT WORTH IT SHOCKING"
