Appartamento con giardino in totale relax al mare - #EssenzediMareSanremo

Bien placé. La terrasse.

Grande cour ,espace dans l' appartement.

Stationnement compliqué car parking privé trop petit pour deux résidences, obligé de stationner sur avenue.

La casa è molto carina, pulita, accogliente, riscaldata e ho trovato pure caffè fette biscottate marmellate e cioccolata per la colazione. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. La signora è gentilissima e super disponibile. La casa è vicina al centro, da raggiungere sia a piedi che in taxi (sconsiglio di spostare la macchina dal parcheggio).

Very basic old and outdated

nice and big apartment with all the comfort equipment, the landlords are available, kind and helpful. It took a while to figure out how to get the keys in the locked box (we are not used to this system).

the apartment is not in a location where you can walk to other places (restaurants, etc) so you will need to drive there. Beds were ok but some bed sheets have seen better days. For one night it was ok. Parking is the only one low light in my opinion: there is no easy parking around the apartment, you can only park on a very steep road nearby and make sure you get as close as you can to a wall on the side.

Les propriétaires sont très avenants, l'appartement était bien chauffé pour notre arrivée, les lits étaient propres, bonne literie. Linge de toilette fourni et bien propre.

La bouilloire aurait été appréciable mais les équipements sont corrects.

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé ! Nous avons adorés prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Les hôtes étaient très réactif par téléphone.

Léger bémol sur le bruit de la route très passante et l'ascenceur proche de l'appartement.
