Floors were dirty leaving us with dirty sox and feet. Some cutlery was grubby. Musty smell throughout, dark cold & unwelcoming. Nick didn’t attend just booked for others.

A good location for visiting Bray for the Fat Duck and the Waterside Inn. Good space , good car parking , nice living room - could be fabulous with some love and attention

I do like to give a balanced review and there were definitely some positives but the place needs a thorough deep clean and redecoration as lots of scuff marks on walls, door frames were marked and lots of dust on skirting boards and under furniture . Maybe a matter of taste but it needs a new bathroom and kitchen plus there are leaks through the ceilings when it rains . The living room was a great space but again mirrors and window ledges not clean . It needs some love that’s all

Good location

Entrance musty smell. Uncomfortable and stained sofas. Beds uncomfortable and very noisy from road. Shower didn’t work.

The size of the flat was good overall.

The bathroom and kitchen could do with a spruce up.

Owner very responsive and accommodating of an earlier check in. Free parking space.

Sofa very uncomfortable. Could do with deep clean. Expensive for what it was.
