Uusi ja kiva huoneisto hienolla näköalalla (kerros 12). Asunnosta löytyy kaikki tarvittava, mm pesukone. Helppo sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen. Helppo saada yhteys vuokraajaan

Otel çok güzel çok güvenlikli personel güleryüzlü ve yardım sever.tek sıkıntısı herşey ücretli havuzlar deniz buna mutlaka dikkat ederek gitmenizi tavsiye ederim.Benim tercih etme nedenim okyanus kıyısı diyeydi.ama ücretli olması biraz üzdü.ayrıca Filipinler şartlarında restoranlarda fiyatlar çok pahalı.

Beach ve havuzlar ücretsiz veya Dah düşük ücretli olabilir.

We stayed here for two nights and really loved the apartment. It is beautiful, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The Wi-Fi worked well, which allowed us to get some work done without interruptions. The beach nearby is nice, and the resort next to the building is also very beautiful. You can walk around the resort and enjoy the beach restaurants without needing to buy an entry ticket for the pools. We tried the restaurant Caverna and really liked it. The host also mentioned that it may be possible to arrange a voucher (for a fee) if you want to use the resort pools, which could be a great option. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we even did our laundry during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und bestens vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war exzellent. Von Seiten der Vermieter konnte man eigentlich nichts Verbessern. Der Pool auf dem Gelände des Ressorts ist sehr sauber und hat eine 25 m Bahn, so dass man nicht nur baden, sondern auch sportlich schwimmen kann. Alles innerhalb des Gated Resorts war tadellos. Auf Google Maps findet man in 15 Minuten Geh-Entfernung akzeptable Restaurants, in denen man für angemessenes Geld gut und hygienisch essen kann.

Das Studio liegt in einem sauberen Ressort am äußersten Rande von Cebu Stadt. Wenn man in die Innenstadt will, hat man entweder spürbare Taxikosten oder muss sich auf langwierige Fahrten mit Bussen und so genannten tree Cycles also Motorräder mit Beiwagen, einstellen.
