Location appears good at first glance.

Overall, location was very bad, and owner failed to disclose known criminal activity in and around residence. Although host was aware of the history of criminal complaints and activity at the location (theft, burglary, assault, criminal trespassing, drug activity, and forced entry), it was undisclosed. Police report filed for burglary at residence and upon speaking to the San Antonio Police Department, this is a known location for criminal activity given the hundreds of criminal reports (4 during our stay). Vehicle also broken into at the "secured" garage whereas gate was open during our stay and frequent homeless activity in the garage and hotel location, pool parties until early into the morning from people who weren't staying at the hotel, security cameras inoperable, and host informing us that they weren't responsible for anything, which is contradictory to booking.com 'Community Guidelines' and Non-Disclosure guidelines surrounding.

Good location with easy access to river walk, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, nice tv, nice room sizes, high ceilings

Wrong room with bad view, foul smell from stagnant water left in dishwasher, dangerous loose outlet that SPARKED AND SHOCKED me. Romero (Property owner) responded when he felt like it about some things but completely ignored other issues. He actually suggested that I took the air fresheners and was lying about the awful smell in the apt even though I showed him pics of the fans I setup to vent the terrible smell and was nice enough to clean the dishwasher FOR him. Really???
