"Air-conditioning not working"

Both Air-conditioning was not working. 1 hp air-conditioning which is not suitable for this unit. I inform host about the issue that air conditioning not working but he seems like a ghost he didnt respond. I couldn't sleep at night. In morning I ask him to allow me to check out at 12pm he said ok but at 11 am he send technician to fix air-conditioning. Total waste of money. F-c-k
