The Rose on Lakeside

We had everything we needed.

When parking, the sidewalk was very high and hit the bottom of the car.

Beautiful home, very spacious, great host

The property is lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities with detergent provided, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. It was quiet and peaceful. The host was also very helpful, arranging for us to enter earlier, and very responsive to messages.

Just a short drive to Lake Eustis Yacht Club. Sailing event there was our reason for visiting the area.

We did not feel there were any shortcomings.

The master shower was amazing!! We also loved the master bed & huge closet! We were there for our wedding & the closet made it so easy to steam our dress & suit. The house itself is so beautiful & unique & we loved exploring the upstairs loft. We also loved it being pet friendly because we were able to bring our fur baby, Dipper, who was in our wedding!

Only thing we didn’t like about the property was the driveway. There’s a very large bump to get up there & we scraped our vehicle going up front ways. Backing it up made it easier but we ended up parking in the street to be safe. Overall, very very minor issue that didn’t impact our stay much.

I liked the good maintenance, the view of the lake,and outdoor areas

The house is so beautiful with the hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms and massive shower in the master. Quiet streets but close to the restaurants and the small city vibes.

Our second time staying at the Rose. Jim is a very attentive host. The house is wonderful. Perfect place to stay while in town visitng family. Very large kitchen and dining areas to be able to host family dinners.
