Treehouse Between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Pet Friendly!

The place was cute. Pretty clean for the most part.

The were some cob webs, with cat or dog hair that was caught on a small like Christmas tree with clear lights on it, sitting in a corner. It was not very private. Neighbors dog on one side barked everytime you left and came back. The hot tub wasn't working correctly. The breaker was never turned on. My husband found it and turned it on. We left for about 3 hrs. Came back and the water had went way down. To like the bottom jet and water was cold. So I emailed the owner about it. She said she would get maintenance out to look at it. We had plans the following day and were gone all day and part of the evening. Hoping we could use the hot tub when we got back. Unfortunately we couldn't. The water level stayed up and the temperature was set at 100. It was still really cold. I understand that it takes a long time for a hot tub to get hot. 2 nights at this cabin and not able to use the hot tub was a very big disappointment. The hot tub area wasn't private either. You could see the neighbors house to the right and the cars behind the cabin going up or down the road. We booked this cabin because it had a hot tub. I feel we should get some kind of a refund for what we paid for 2 nights to use a hot tub and was not able too. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.

The cabin was very nice beautifully decorated and very peaceful I particularly loved the bears. Everything was very clean

I wasn’t crazy about the parking or the difficulty of the steps especially at the top. I am 2 1/2 years out from open heart surgery. I managed ok but someone else might not be able to climb. I like having easier access to my vehicle and not crazy about being that close to the road. Anytime we have stayed in a cabin, it had a welcome basket and also had a keurig.

The hot tub was not functioning correctly, I wouldn’t have rented had a known, owner was supposed to refund and hasn’t reached back out to me

Loved the comfort ! The quest book was amazing! Hot tub could be better but did its job just fine!

House was well kept with all amenities. Very cozy

Driveway was a pain at first but I got used to it. Also the hot tub was a little dirty but no big deal

It’s perfectly close to downtown Gatlinburg. And we discovered a little part of gatlinburg.

The only thing is the back deck looked like it was never cleaned and the hot tub wasn’t clear water.
