I had a load of wet kit and Georgina took care of all of it and it was dried and laid out for me in the am. I was also able to buy some wine at a very reasonable rate rather than having to go out for that. Very friendly too and comfortable. Slept really well

I didnt like the fact that it rained all day when i went up Scarfell Pike! but this B&B had everything covered for such an event and made me feel very welcome.

"Great spot to stay if wanting to hike from Wasdale"

Such a warm welcome. The perfect location. Very clean. Super cozy old farmhouse. Despite it being end of may we had got quite wet and chilly walking and the host popped the fire on for us. Very nice breakfast.

Lovely breakfast and great location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Useful to have a pub very nearby to eat at.
