Very close to the beach and beautiful aesthetics

It was a nice place to stay because it's near the beach. I fell asleep while listening to the waves.

What an amazing host. Patrick was very hospitable and allowed us to check in early and check out late at no extra cost. They even considered my toddler and had a cot for her. The space is beautiful and very clean, the pools too. Every electronic functioned, the WIFI was working well, he had basic amenities for guests, like biscuits, teabags, sugar, salt, shower gel, tissues and even pure drinking water. The security was amazing, the housekeeper, Jemima was so kind too. I will definitely be back, this was worth it.

The only downside was that you can’t order meals from any app but the restaurants are just around the corner and also the supermarket is not far.

The experience at this BnB on Silver Sands Beach was nothing short of amazing. Patrick was kind enough to check in from time to time and was always quick to respond whenever I reached out. Jemimah was incredibly helpful throughout our month-long stay, often going above and beyond. I really appreciated the weekly complimentary drinking water and fresh fruit juice upon check-in. There’s no washer, but for a small fee, laundry is done for you within a day. The place itself feels newly renovated and comes with two TVs—the one in the living room also supports AirPlay. The WiFi speed was impressive, reaching up to 100 Mbps, which is unheard of on the coast, and it was mostly consistent. The compound is peaceful, filled with birds chirping and breezy palm trees. It also features a huge saltwater pool and an amazing beach with not too many beach boys. The beach is literally just outside the gate—perfect for romantic sunset walks or morning runs. Several beachfront restaurants keep life interesting when you’re not in the mood to cook. If you prefer to cook, fresh produce can be purchased from Naivas, just 2.5 km away, accessible via a short tuk-tuk ride. The ceiling fans were quiet and provided enough cooling throughout the day and night, though we mostly didn’t use them since the breeze flowing through the apartment was sufficient. Overall, 10 out of 10—I’d return in a heartbeat!

The hosts were friendly and available especially Jemima and Patrick was also helpful.

There was water leakage from the adjacent roof that unfortunately damaged my brand new phone during my last night stay and I tried talking to the man that caused water damage due to leakage of pipes and he was so reluctant,now I have to sort myself until I am able to get another phone.Its so unfortunate and so frustrating.
