The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ZAR 5000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Can walk to beach and shops. Lovely open plan living area. Nice flow to outside entertainment area.

Does need a cozy couch or two. Communication after booking was non existent. I received no response to my questions via booking website. Communication during stay good. Cate was very helpful and available.
