Пару раз выключался свет, так как не выдерживает автомат нагрузки (чайник и посудомойка). Стены тонкие, слышно соседей

We were told someone would meet us with the keys … we waited a long time, nobody came.

The apartment is beautiful, all modern appliances & conveniences. Newly renovated & decorated. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom, wi-fi available. Great location & the communication about directions & location of keys was excellent. We look forward to coming back again when we next visit Turin.

Lovely, spacious apartment with high ceilings and great balconies. Within walking distance of Turin city centre and a supermarket close.

The electricity tripped 5 or 6 times during our stay but we were able to instantly flick it back on. Also, the communication from the owners/management could have been slightly better.

The apartment and location were excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. We particularly liked the high ceilings. The neighbourhood was quiet, close to shops, cafes and restaurants, and within easy walking distance to the city centre, the River Po and parks.

The arrangement for collecting and returning the keys could be improved. We had to ring a number when we arrived outside the apartment building and Orsola opened the outer door remotely. We then found one set of keys in a mailbox in the hallway, as we had been informed shortly before flying to Torino. While we were able to enter the apartment ok, we found this arrangement a bit disconcerting. We advised Orsola that we would be checking out shortly before 10am (the normal time limit for checking out), but the cleaning lady arrived at the apartment at 9.20am. Fortunately we had completed most of our packing, so we weren't unduly inconvenienced. However we were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment until we came back to collect it shortly before 12 noon, which was helpful.
